What forms of payments do you accept?

Credit cards here on our site through Stripe. We also accept bank transfers, please contact us if this is your preferred method of payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How should I care for the hair?

Prior to installation, we recommend you, or your stylist, wash and dry the hair thoroughly. After the hair is installed, we recommend you, or your stylist, wash the hair weekly or bi-weekly. We’d also recommend using a light leave-in conditioner to keep the hair soft. Because the hair has been removed from the head, it no longer gets the nutrients it needs to maintain its softness therefore a light leave-in conditioner is recommended. After your washes, it is important to make sure the hair extensions, your natural hair and your scalp are properly dried.

How many bundles do I need?

2 to 3 bundles are recommended. For the longer lengths (20" and up), 4 bundles may be required. 4

How many ounces are in one bundle of hair?

Each bundle contains 3.2 to 3.4 oz. of hair.

Do I need a closure?

This is your personal preference. Speak with your stylist.

Will I experience tangling?

No. Our hair is 100% remy hair. This means the cuticles are all in one direction and the hair will not tangle.

What if my hair does tangle?

Contact us and let us know.

Will I experience shedding?

Yes, however it will be minimal. Our wefts are reinforced and sealed to prevent shedding. Companies' claims of "no shedding" are false. Minimal shedding, as natural hair does, is to be expected.

What color does the hair come in?

Our hair is 100% natural, unprocessed, human hair. It comes in shades of natural browns and blacks. We do not color our hair.

Can I color/dye the hair?

Yes. Our hair is 100% natural, unprocessed, human hair. It can be colored/dyed and/or bleached to your preference. It is recommended you discuss coloring with your stylist or a colorist before coloring or bleaching the hair.

How long will the hair last?

If cared for properly, the hair may last for over a year. You can re-use the hair with each install. Because the hair does not get the natural nutrients from your body, it may become dry with excessive heat and bleaching. It is important you wash and condition the hair appropriately to maintain its texture. The life of the hair depends on you!

Why is the hair so expensive?

Think of it as an investment in yourself. The quality of our hair is far better than most hair on the market. Most hair on the market now is non-remy hair that has been processed and comes from China. Our extensions come directly from temples in India. The process that takes place there prior to it being exported into the United States can be costly. Remy hair extensions are also very rare. Unproccessed remy hair is always going to be better quality, and therefore more expensive, than processed non-remy hair. We work closely with our supplier to keep costs down and make sure we pass on that discount to you! Feel free to email us at any time for discount codes!
